Terms of service

GENERAL RULES
Please provide a clear description and visual references (if possible) when ordering. I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
Estimated turnaround time: 3 to 6 weeks depending on complexity and queue.PAYMENT
Full prepayment is required before I start working.
Payments are accepted via EasyStaff Connect, a freelance platform that supports PayPal.
No refunds once the commission has been started.PROCESS & EDITS
Major changes are allowed only during the sketch stage.
After the sketch is approved, only minor color/detail adjustments can be made.
Additional major edits at the final stage may require an extra fee.Price may increase depending on the complexity of the character (highly detailed armor, complicated weapon design, pet, etc.)COPYRIGHT & USAGE
The artwork is for personal use only.I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio and social media.
Privacy Fee: If you want the commission to remain private (not posted anywhere), there is a +50% charge.
